We process all orders as quickly as possible and send an order confirmation via email immediately after your purchase.
Delivery method
We partner with leading transport companies such as PostNord, DHL and Schenker to ensure safe and smooth delivery. Delivery options include:

Postal package: Delivered to your nearest agent.

Home package: Sent directly to your specified address (for larger orders).

Business packages: Delivery directly to business address during business hours.
- Pick up at our warehouse: You can also choose to pick up your order directly at our warehouse. We will notify you via email or phone when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation with you when you pick up.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is calculated based on the product's weight, size and delivery method and is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Transport Damage and Delays

Unclaimed packages
If you do not collect your package within the specified time, it will be returned to us. For uncollected packages, a return shipping and handling fee will be charged.
